Do you have a delivery minimum?
Yes, have a food & beverage minimum of $1,500 before tax.
Can smaller orders be accommodated?
Smaller catering orders can be placed via Caviar.
How are catering orders packaged?
Large orders are packaged family style in recyclable and oven-safe aluminum trays and recyclable plastic pint and quart containers. Chips are packaged in brown paper to-go bags, and some small salsas & topping may be in compostable 8oz containers. Beverages are delivered in clean, re-purposed and recyclable gallon containers. Hot items are delivered in insulated food carriers to maintain temperature.
Are plates, forks, utensils or napkins included with my order?
These items are available a la carte. Compostable plates, napkins & utensils are $0.50 per guest. Reusable serving utensils are $3 each. We also offer several sizes of compostable cups and plates; please inquire.
How will I pay for my delivery order?
We accept payment via credit card, or by cash if paid at the restaurant in advance. We’ll ring in your order the day of your delivery, then the driver will bring you a receipt to sign and one to keep, just like you’d receive in the restaurant.
Should I tip the delivery driver?
Your delivery driver is paid the delivery fee in full. Additional gratuities are appreciated, and shared evenly between the driver and our kitchen team.
Will the driver help set up the food?
We are happy to provide additional setup & service support for $30/hour. This service must be arranged in advance.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We accept orders up to 6 months in advance. We do require 48 hours notice for all orders; orders for more than 50 guests should be placed as soon as possible.
Do you have vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, etc. options available?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary needs. Most of our menu is naturally gluten free, and we have many vegan options.
What times do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery 7 days a week, from 9:30am – 6:30pm. However, we are not able to send orders out of the kitchen between 4:00 – 5:00pm each day, when our kitchen team transitions from lunch to dinner. Deliveries may not be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings due to prior bookings. Please inquire for pricing.
